NEW ROCHELLE, N.Y. – Catherine M. Lore, 88, a lifelong New Rochelle resident, died Tuesday, Feb. 3.
Born Dec. 30, 1926, she was a daughter of the late Carmelo and Mary Peracchio Bartucca.
Lore worked for many years as an office manager for Sound Shore Medical Center in New Rochelle.
Survivors include two sons, Thomas J. (JoAnne) Lore and Eric (Emily) Lore; one brother, Peter Bartucca; five sisters, sisters, Rose Tunno, Alisandria Antonecchia, Anna Siller, Marietta Spano, and Lorraine Mancuso; five grandchildren; and five great-grandchildren.
Her husband, Salvatore; and two sisters, Josephine Bartucca and Barbara Grasso, preceded her in death.
Calling hours will be 8:30 a.m. to 10 a.m. on Friday, Feb. 6 at the Lloyd Maxcy & Sons Beauchamp Chapel, 16 Shea Place in New Rochelle.
A Mass of Christian Burial will be at 10:30 a.m. Friday, Feb. 6, at Holy Family Church, 83 Clove Road, New Rochelle.
Interment will follow in the Beechwoods Cemetery, New Rochelle.
