Brad J. Paulsen, 64, New Rochelle Resident

NEW ROCHELLE, N.Y. – Brad J. Paulsen of New Rochelle died Friday, Feb. 5. He was 64.

He was born in New York City to Joseph and Ann Paulsen on Sept. 14, 1951. He attended Archbishop Stepinac High School in White Plains and received his bachelor's degree from Fairfield University. He was an avid music fan who attended Woodstock and spent many happy evenings at the Fillmore East.

As an older brother to three sisters, he was grateful that his marriage to ex-wife Cathy Meaney gave him four brothers-in-law. He shared a love of movies, roller coasters, food, fishing and photography with his two children. For most of his adult life, he worked in partnership with his father at the Manhattan-based firm Paulsen Publishing Co.

He is survived by his daughter, Dwyer Frame (Patrick); his son Alex; his sisters, Joann Rooney (Michael), Nancy (David Friend) and Amy (Albert Nalle); many nieces and nephews; and one great-nephew.

A private memorial will be held in the spring.
