NEW ROCHELLE, N.Y. – Betty J. Blinne of New Rochelle died Friday, July 6. She was 76.
Born Nov. 19, 1935, Blinne was a graduate of Radford College. She received a master’s degree in business from Hunter College. Blinne later taught business at Bedford Park Academy, Mount Vernon High School and New Rochelle High School.
She was predeceased by her husband, George F. Blinne. She is survived by a daughter, Karen (Mike) Horan; and a grandson. Blinne is also survived by two brothers, Jerry Lark and Billy Lark; and three sisters, Patsy Smith, Polly Gilbert and Peggy. She was predeceased by a brother, Kenneth Lark; and a sister, Molly Lark.
Visiting hours are from 2 to 4 p.m. and 7 to 9 p.m. Tuesday at Westchester Funeral Home in Eastchester. A service will begin at 8 p.m. with the Rev. Andrea Raynor officiating. Burial will take place at Russell Memorial Cemetery in Lebanon, Va.
