NEW ROCHELLE, N.Y. – A suspect was accused of vandalizing property in two incidents earlier this week, New Rochelle Police Department Capt. Joseph Schaller said.
Julivia Waller, 16, of 98 Clinton Ave., New Rochelle, was charged with third-degree criminal mischief, a class E felony. She was accused of breaking a stairwell window from the outside at a 347 Huguenot St. apartment building Monday. The building's superintendent notified police.
She was also accused of breaking a glass door at the New Rochelle Public Library on Tuesday and charged with fourth-degree criminal mischief, a class A misdemeanor. The incident was reported by a witness.

iPhone Theft: A woman reported her iPhone 4s missing from her purse after shopping at Key Foods Superstore on Tuesday morning. The woman noticed the item missing when she went to the register to pay for her groceries.
Prescription Pad Theft: A doctor’s office at 110 Lockwood Ave. Suite 401 reported a prescription pad missing Tuesday morning.
Missing License Plates: License plates were reported stolen from a 1988 Hyundai sometime between May 1 and May 4.
