NEW ROCHELLE, N.Y. – Here’s a look at events happening around New Rochelle this week, including a New Rochelle School Board meeting and a New Rochelle City Council meeting.

Kindergarten registration takes place all week for new students to Columbus, Davis, Jefferson, Trinity and Ward Elementary Schools.

Monday, March 19

- The Patient’s Rights Council Executive Director Rita Marker speaks to the Hugh A. Doyle Senior Center from 1 p.m. to 3 p.m. about the “Importance of Advanced Directives.”
