The New Rochelle Public Library and the Huguenot Children's Library
New Rochelle City Hall and all city offices
All post office branches; no mail will be delivered
Most banks
All courts and state and federal government offices

What's open:

The Bee-Line will operate on a Saturday schedule.

Check with individual restaurants and retailers for special holiday hours.
