NEW ROCHELLE, N.Y. – Road work Wednesday afternoon detoured motorists heading onto the Hutchinson River Parkway from the northbound side of North Avenue.
A truck was parked on the right side of the on-ramp while a crew member stood on the right side of the ramp directing traffic. Traffic cones were also in place.
The off-ramp was operating normally.
