Two lanes were blocked on the north side of I-95, near mile marker 3.4, near Port Chester and New Rochelle at around 4 p.m. Traffic was delayed to the New York City line and Exit 21, I-287.
Because of the road work, there were Northbound and Southbound shoulder closures between 9 a.m. and 3 p.m. Overnight road work and Southbound lane closures were expected between 9 p.m. and 6 a.m.
