WESTCHESTER COUNTY, N.Y. -- A stretch of the northbound Hutchinson River Parkway in Harrison is now clear after it was closed for more than an hour following an accident and vehicle fire reported at 2:07 p.m. on Tuesday.
The closure was between the North Street (Route 127) and Exit 23 (Mamaroneck Avenue), with traffic exiting at Exit 23, just south of the interchanges to I-684 and the Connecticut-bound Merritt Parkway.
