NEW ROCHELLE, N.Y - A UFC broadcast distributor is suing Westchester Fight Club in New Rochelle for $270,000 for allegedly illegally broadcasting a fight in 2012, reports lohud.

Joe Hand Promotions states in the lawsuit that the club used a scrambled cable signal to air a Dec. 29 fight between Cain Velasquez and Junior dos Santos on pay-per-view without paying. Defendants include Westchester Fight Club and Michael Chirico, the club’s strength and conditioning coach according to the report.

Pennsylvania-based Joe Hand Promotions the largest provider of pay-per-view UFC broadcasts states the report.
