NEW ROCHELLE, N.Y. - The traffic light project on the Post Road's New Rochelle-Pelham border has wrapped up and drivers can sail through the intersection without weaving past equipment and workers.
Workers had set up cones three weeks ago to move drivers around construction equipment and crews digging up the street to put in new traffic signals.
The project ran a week longer than expected.
