New Rochelle Roadway Clear of Construction

NEW ROCHELLE, N.Y. – Construction on the southbound side of North Avenue near the intersection of Fifth and Coligni avenues is complete.

Traffic flow is back to normal after construction equipment detoured drivers to the middle of the road.

Crews returned to the area Wednesday morning to finish up maintenance on underground lines near the area after being called in two weeks ago.
