NEW ROCHELLE, N.Y. -- A high speed chase through New Rochelle ended in a fatal car crash on Monday morning, according to News 12 Westchester.

Police responded to a domestic violence call at 10:30 p.m. on Sunday, Oct. 6 from a woman claiming her boyfriend beat her up.

When police spotted the suspect's car on Webster Avenue, the suspect attempted to flee, but flipped his vehicle, according to News 12 Westchester.

The suspect and a passenger were taken to Sound Shore Medical Center in critical condition. The passenger in the vehicle died from his injuries, according to News 12 Westchester.
