PELHAM, N.Y. – Drivers traveling past the New Rochelle-Pelham Manor border can breathe a sigh of relief, thanks to a reduction in traffic congestion at the intersection of Boston Post Road and Fowler Avenue.

Work to install traffic signals has lasted for the past three weeks, and will continue until at least the end of the day Wednesday.

Drivers should continue to travel with caution and follow reduced-speed limits until work is complete.
