NEW ROCHELLE, N.Y. – New Rochelle and Pelham residents will have to wait until after Monday’s Labor Day holiday to handle matters in municipal offices.
In New Rochelle, City Hall, the Public Library and Huguenot Children’s Library will be closed Monday.
New Rochelle Police officers will be out patrolling, and residents who get tickets Monday can pay them Tuesday.
In Pelham, all municipal buildings, including Village of Pelham, Town of Pelham and Village of Pelham Manor, are closed Monday.
The Pelham Arts Center and Town of Pelham Library are also closed.
The Pelham Picture House will be open from 1:30 to 10 p.m.
