New Rochelle Library Cancels Manhattanville Concert

NEW ROCHELLE, N.Y. – The New Rochelle Public Library announced that the scheduled performance of Manhattanville College students set for Sunday has been canceled due to ongoing work repairing the flooring in the library's meeting room, theater and lobby.

During the overnight of Feb. 16-17, a pipe burst along an exterior wall of the library. This flooded the meeting room, theater and lobby. Crews are still working to finish the floors, forcing the cancellation of Sunday's event.

The library has moved weekly events around to accommodate the ongoing work, which is anticipated to be finished next week.

AARP Tax Help is on Tuesdays and Thursdays in the Community Gallery, and Lunchtime Express Yoga was moved to Recologie on Mondays and Wednesdays.
