New Rochelle Hotel to Offer Easter Brunch Menu

NEW ROCHELLE, N.Y. -- Radisson Hotel New Rochelle will offer a brunch menu for the whole family Easter Sunday, April 8, prepared by the hotel’s soon-to-open restaurant NoMa Social Executive Chef Bill Rosenberg.

“Our Easter Brunch is always a family favorite. We are happy to continue the tradition by showcasing the culinary talents of our new Executive Chef Bill Rosenberg,” said Food and Beverage Director Colby Brock in a statement.

The meal costs $29.95 for adults and half price for children 12 (excluding tax, tips and drinks). Seatings will be at 1 p.m. and 4 p.m.

The menu offerings include:

- A frittata station that includes home fries, bacon, sausage and assorted breads; scrambled lox, eggs and onions and a “Brooklyn’s Finest Bagel Bar,” with spreads and salads.

- Pasta stations will feature tri-colored tortellini with asparagus, peas, basil and parmigiano cream and rigatoni bolognese with fresh ricotta. Slow-roasted and carved legs of spring lamb will also be available including ham with house-made applesauce and chicken milanese with tomato bruschetta.

- Participants can choose from roasted potatoes, rice pilaf and the chef’s selections of seasonal vegetables. Also included are a choice of a panzanella salad or chop-chop salad.

- An assortment of Easter cakes, pies and other sweets are available for dessert.
