STAMFORD, Conn. – The New Rochelle firefighter killed in a July boating accident in Stamford had more than the legal level of alcohol in his blood, according to toxicology results released by the Connecticut Department of Energy and Environmental protection.
Keith Morris, 30, had a blood alcohol content level of .25, far exceeding Connecticut’s .08 limit, when the boat he was piloting with four passengers aboard smashed into a breakwall and flipped over , department spokesman Dennis Schain said.
