Con Edison construction workers set up construction barriers again at the intersection of North Avenue and Garden Street in order to rectify issues with an electrical conduit. Piles of concrete were splayed across the construction zone, while a team of hard-hatted workers busied themselves Wednesday morning.
Traffic was impeded heading East on North Avenue, and construction was finalized in the afternoon. Currently, a metal seal has covered up the work until Con Edison finishes the project.
