NEW ROCHELLE, N.Y. - The New Rochelle Police Department will have increased patrols throughout city streets to monitor any "night before halloween" activities.
10-12 extra officers will be added to the P.A.C.T. (Police Action Community Team) according to Captain Robert Gazzola. "We're putting extra people before hand (in order) to make sure the kids are safe." said Gazzola.
Gazzola said in past years some people have thrown eggs in what some communities call Mischief Night.
