NEW ROCHELLE, N.Y. The New Rochelle City Council meets Wednesday at 7:30 p.m. in a Committee as a Whole session from 3:45 to 9 p.m. in city hall.
Public Hearings start at 7:30 p.m., followed by Citizens To Be Heard where residents have an opportunity to bring up issues, and share their feelings, or opinions on a particular topic of interest.
Items on the agenda include various action relating to the Community Development Block Grant program, free holiday parking downtown, and restricted parking in other areas throughout the city.
All other governing bodies do not meet this week.
