Hackers based in China are suspected to be behind what is being described as one of the biggest attacks on government data, affecting approximately four million people, according to the Wall Street Journal.

The Office of Personnel Management was aware of the breach in April, but the exact number of individuals affected by the attack couldn't be confirmed, according to the Wall Street Journal.
