WESTCHESTER COUNTY, N.Y. -- A pair of morning accidents slowed the Friday morning commute on the Hutchinson River Parkway.
Stopped-and-go traffic was the result of an accident in Mount Vernon reported at 9 a.m. between Pelhamdale Avenue and East Lincoln Avenue on the Pelham-Mount Vernon border.
Earlier, on the southbound Hutch, between North Avenue and Pinebrook Boulevard, an accident reported at 8:20 a.m. resulted in stop-and-go conditions.
