Children's Library Remains Closed in New Rochelle

UPDATE: The Huguenot Children's Library will remain closed Thursday due to lack of power Tropical Storm Irene's high winds.

NEW ROCHELLE, N.Y. - The Huguenot Children’s Library is still without power.  The Main Library is fully operational and is open to anyone, from children to senior citizens.
