WESTCHESTER COUNTY, N.Y. -- A pair of early evening accidents caused traffic tie-ups in Southern Westchester on Saturday.
The right lane of south-bound I-95 was blocked between the New Rochelle tolls and North Avenue/Cedar Street (Exit 16) following an accident that resulted in stop-and-go traffic.
A multi-vehicle accident was reported earlier on Central Avenue in Yonkers near the Smith-Cairns Subaru car dealership.
