A two-car accident caused major traffic delays Monday morning at the intersection of North Avenue and Huguenot Street in New Rochelle.
According to one source at the scene, the crash may have been caused when the driver of one of the cars ran a red light. That car collided with another, causing it to veer onto the sidewalk and smash into a light pole.
There was no word at 11:30 a.m. on injuries. Both cars appeared to suffer major damage.
