Accident Results In Heavy Delays On I-95 North In New Rochelle

NEW ROCHELLE, N.Y. -- An accident has resulted in the shoulder of the road on I-95 North between the Hutchinson Parkway and New Rochelle tolls being blocked on Tuesday.

Stop-and-go traffic has resulted following the accident, which was reported at 8:30 a.m.
