WESTCHESTER COUNTY, N.Y. -- An accident on the southbound Hutchinson River Parkway caused delays during the Thursday morning commute.
The accident, which occurred between King Street and Route 120 in Port Chester near the Greenwich, Conn., border, was reported at 8:30 a.m.
