NEW ROCHELLE, N.Y. -- The owners of a 3-year-old Basset Hound stolen from a New Rochelle yard nearly four months ago are still asking the public's help in bringing the dog home.Duncan, a primarily brown dog with one white front leg with brown freckles, was wearing a plastic and a leather collar with a 15-foot leash when he went missing on Oct. 12, 2015, according to a Facebook post on the Lost Pets of Hudson Valley page.
