The Yonkers mom of two took over BabyGot Chat in Fall 2016 after being a guest blogger for a year. The site, launched in 2015, was originally created as a forum for parents with a strong classifieds-style section of childcare options, pediatricians, photographers, and other services.

Now, however, it's been molded to include a stronger focus on events, reviews, and articles of interest.

"Westchester is a big place with a lot of things to do, and some moms get overwhelmed with all the options," she said.

"We hope to highlight fun things to do around the county in a way that encourages parents to come out and have fun."

In addition, readers will several safety features to inform parents about car seat safety, child and infant CPR training, dental care, and other health topics.

Worthington is currently in the process of redesigning the site to make it more user-friendly by adding cross-posting and search features. She is also planning future events such as mom's nights out and a parent/child meetup at the Westchester Children's Museum.

Right now she is the primary voice of the site, but she welcomes guest bloggers and features them regularly, particularly in her DIY craft monthly posts.
