NEW ROCHELLE, N.Y. -- SUEZ (formerly United Water Westchester) has recognized two Westchester County residents for their completion of service on the company’s Customer Advisory Panel.
Bruce Reidenberg, M.D., of Rye and Camille Taglia of Eastchester were active members of the panel that provides insight and suggestions about how the company can improve its services, said a statement.
“SUEZ feels strongly about hearing from its customers and recognizes the importance of maintaining an on-going, open dialogue, which is why we established the CAP,” said Lynda DiMenna, manager of the company’s operations in Westchester County.
“The CAP provides vital information to help us better serve our customers and I applaud all the members for their participation and service.”
SUEZ seeks new panel members at the beginning of each year and welcomes fresh ideas to further enhance the programs offered to customers, DiMenna said.
Panel members serve three-year staggered terms and attend four evening meetings per year, beginning in March.
Discussion topics have included: water quality, conservation, school outreach and website redesign.
Customers interested in serving on the panel should contact Deb Rizzi at (845) 620-1500 or firstname.lastname@example.org.
