NEW ROCHELLE, N.Y. -- The second public meeting regarding the New Rochelle Arts & Cultural District Plan will be held on Thursday, Feb. 4, at the NR Future Community Office in New Rochelle.

Residents are invited to share their feedback on visions for arts and culture in New Rochelle.
