NEW ROCHELLE, N.Y. - Errold St. Claire Reid, of New Rochelle, died March 16 at the age of 67.
He was born May 24, 1944, in Wood Hall, Clarendon, Jamaica, to the late Cleveland and Violet Reid. A senior systems analyst, Reid worked for Emblem Health Corp. for many years. He was married to Lorna Reid for 31 years.
Surviving are his wife; his son, Errold Reid Jr.; his daughter, Allison Reid; five brothers, three sisters and several nieces, nephews, cousins and friends.
Visitation will be from 5 p.m. to 9 p.m. Friday at Lloyd Maxcy and Sons Beauchamp Chapel in New Rochelle. Services will be held at 9 a.m. Saturday at Wake Eden Baptist Church in Bronx, N.Y. Interment will follow at Beechwoods Cemetery in New Rochelle.
