Board members Laura Falb, Dianne Flagello and Irene Pasternak were also approved to serve another term on the board.
NRCA president Theresa Kump Leghorn also presented the membership with a calendar of events for 2015, the Council’s 40th anniversary year.
Donna Wood Sanders, a former principal with the Alvin Ailey Dance Theater who resides in New Rochelle, agreed to serve on the anniversary committee.
Demus is a former NRCA member who currently serves on the New Rochelle Public Library Foundation board, and is also the president of the Billy Strayhorn Foundation
Chadwick is a longtime New Rochelle booster who remains active in the community.
Fazzino, who couldn't attend the ceremony, is one of the most popular American pop artists. His work has been displayed at the Super Bowl, the Grammy Awards, Major League Baseball's All-Star Game, and the Daytime Emmy Awards.
