Leadership Westchester Graduates Its Class Of 2015

WESTCHESTER COUNTY, N.Y. – More than 140 guests attended this year’s 2015 Leadership Westchester graduation June 23 at The Gateway Center of Westchester Community College in Valhalla.

This was the 18th class to graduate from Leadership Westchester, a signature program from Volunteer New York!, since it began in 1996, according to a press release.

Twenty new graduates from the Class of 2015, as well as the LW Alumna of Year, Kate Bialo (LW ’07) of Larchmont, were honored during this annual celebration, according to a press release.

"This is not your usual executive training program," said Laura Rossi, a 2015 Leadership Westchester graduate and the executive director of Westchester Community Foundation, in a press release. "It is an opportunity to become an effective leader by identifying one’s core values and developing authentic presence. It is truly transformative.”
