NEW ROCHELLE, N.Y. -- When he's not stuck indoors due to the weather, retired executive chef andSoundview Apartments resident Richard Marino enjoys the summer sun andcapitalizes on the opportunity to catch a fish for dinner.Each fish pulled from the Sound must be a certain size to be legal, and those are the ones Marinoprefers to eat."I love it here," Marino said. "I wouldn't do anything else. I get a tan and get to catch a fish. I come here everyday for that."Marino lived in Spanish Harlem before retiring and moving to New Rochelle when he turned 65.He is now enjoying the benefits of a Soundside retirement."I feel bad for the people who have to work," he said.
