Owner Pedro Munoz says he is re-branding and redesigning the eatery to reflect the Sapporo style -- think ramen with double and triple broths and price points in the $25 range.

"We wanted to create a more casual restaurant that attracts more families," he says. To that end there will be communal benches and  a kids menu. The chef is Korean-trained James Kim who has worked in a variety of New York City restaurants. Call 914-632-4000 or go to moonrabbitny.com for more information.
