NEW ROCHELLE, N.Y. — The New Rochelle lighted boat parade and farmers' market are some of the events planned for this weekend.
Friday, July 27
New Rochelle Farmers' Market: 8 a.m. to 3 p.m. Customers can purchase fresh produce and baked goods and see cooking demonstrations at this weekly market, which continues until the fall. New Rochelle Public Library green, One Library Plaza.
Saturday, July 28
Open-Air Yoga On The Cliff: 9:30-10:45 a.m. Certified yoga instructor Nancy Dunngallin teaches this seven-session program near Long Island Sound. Rates are $100 for the package or $20 per person on a drop-in basis. Wildcliff Manor, 44 Wildcliff Road.
New Rochelle Public Library Hours: The New Rochelle Public Library is open 10 a.m. to 2 p.m. The Huguenot Children’s Library is closed.
New Rochelle Lighted Boat Parade: 8:30-10 p.m. The community comes together to celebrate the citys’ public parks with a parade of lighted boats along the shoreline of New Rochelle. Lighted boats will parade past Hudson Park and Neptune Park beginning at 8:30 p.m. New Rochelle Municipal Marina. New Rochelle Shoreline at Hudson Park and Pelham roads.

Libraries Closed: The New Rochelle Public Library and Huguenot Children’s library are closed all day.
