New Rochelle City Council Meeting: 7 p.m. – 9 p.m. The governing body meets to discuss various items on the agenda they decided to move to its legislative session during last week's committee of the whole session. New Rochelle City Hall, 515 North Ave.

Thursday, Sept. 20

New Rochelle Yard Waste Collection: 7 a.m. - 8 a.m. The New Rochelle Department of Public Works picks up yard waste from a designated location in the city.
