New Rochelle Labor Day Buildings: New Rochelle City Hall, New Rochelle Public Library and the Huguenot Children's Library are closed for the Labor Day holiday.
Tuesday, Sept. 4
New Rochelle Zoning Board Meeting: 7–9 p.m. The board hears designs for a medical office building and parking garage across from Sound Shore Medical Center. New Rochelle City Hall Annex, meeting room B-1.
New Rochelle School Board Meeting: 7 p.m. Residents have the opportunity to voice their opinion about proposed revisions to the district’s code of conduct. The board discusses new staff orientation, opening day for staff and recognition from School Board U during its regular meeting at New Rochelle High School's Linda Kelly Theater, 265 Clove Road.
Wednesday, Sept. 5
New Rochelle Emil Paolucci Summer Sounds Concert Series: 7:30-10:30 p.m. 3D Ritmo De Vida performs a Latin tropical mix of funky salsa and Caribbean soul with a New York attitude. There will be no rain date if the concert is canceled due to weather. Hudson Park Bandshell, Hudson Park Road.

New Rochelle Yard Waste Collection: 7-8 a.m. The New Rochelle Department of Public Works picks up yard waste from a designated location in the city.
