New Rochelle Senior Benefits Assistance Center: 10 a.m. to 1 p.m. New Rochelle seniors can receive assistance with figuring out health benefits during this weekly session. Trained volunteers also will be available to help senior citizens with Medicare health and prescription, food stamps, HEAP, EPIC, weatherization, minor home repair and tax relief programs.
