League Of Women Voters Of New Rochelle Cable Show. 7 p.m. The following local people are interviewed on “City People and Issues,” produced by the League of Women Voters of New Rochelle, on Cablevision Channel 76. New Rochelle author-historian-journalist Linda Tarrant-Reid received rave reviews for her new book “Discovering Black America,” which she discusses with host Pearl Quarles. Marc Jerome, executive vice-president of Monroe College, discusses the history and mission of the college and its role in the redevelopment of downtown New Rochelle. Free.
