From Page to Stage Storytelling Through Playwrighting: 10 a.m. to noon. This free program is for writers ages 55 and up. It is an eight-week series as part of the Lifetime Arts Program will take place on Friday mornings with teaching artist Frank Ingrasciotta at the Town of Pelham Public Library, 530 Colonial Ave., Pelham. Ray Rice Victory Rally: 10:30 a.m. Come out to celebrate and congratulate Baltimore Ravens running back and Super Bowl Champion Ray Rice on the steps of New Rochelle City Hall, 515 North Ave., New Rochelle. All are invited to bring signs and wear purple to celebrate Rice in his hometown.
