Old Fashioned Summer Fun. 10 a.m. to 4 p.m. Kids can keep cool at the Huguenot Children’s Library this summer, enjoying free outdoor activities every day as part of the "Old Fashioned Summer Fun" program. The program offers supervised activities and access to play equipment and games, as well as arts and crafts for children ages 3 and older accompanied by a parent or an adult caregiver. Free. Summer Sounds Concert Series. 7:30 p.m. Alive ‘N Kickin’ – a group that always gets listeners up on their feet - will kick off the annual Emil Paolucci Summer Sounds Concert Series. Bill Zimmerman, commissioner of New Rochelle’s Department of Parks and Recreation, says the city is proud to continue the summer concert tradition. Free.
