Libr’Anime: 3 to 5 p.m. Society for the Appreciation of Anime, a group for teen connoisseurs of Japanese animation and its related arts and culture, meets to discuss and view anime and manga. The Marketplace at PAC House Theater: 11 a.m. Incoming Tide presents its fifth artisan marketplace where craftsmen, artists and food purveyors display and sell their work inside New Rochelle’s PAC House Theater.
