Students in grades K-12 in all schools in the City School District of New Rochelle are invited to participate. Categories are Dance and Song, Visual Art, and Poetry and Drama.
This is an opportunity to showcase student creativity, talent, and celebrate the life work of actor and human rights activist Ruby Dee.
There is an opening reception at the Whitney M. Young Auditorium, New Rochelle High School, Saturday, Feb. 27, at 4 p.m.
