“Brahmin Bulls” tells the story of an overdue reunion between a father, Ashok Sharma, and son, Sid (Ramamurthy).

Sid struggles through a self-destructive path on a daily basis until Ashok arrives unannounced at his doorstep, and the two begin to patch their relationship. However, Sid soon finds out his father is really in town for a woman he had an affair with years ago.

Ramamurthy is known for his roles as geneticist Mohinder Suresh in the NBC sci-fi drama “Heroes” and Jai Wilcox in the action spy series “Covert Affairs.” He is currently playing Gabriel Lowen in the CW sci-fi romance series “Beauty & the Beast.”

“Brahmin Bulls” was the official selection at a number of film festivals including the Mumbai Film Festival, Newport Beach International Film Festival, and the New York Indian Film Festival. It was named Best Feature at the Sonoma Film Festival.

Also starring Roshan Seth, Academy Award winner Mary Steenburgen, Justin Bartha, and Academy Award nominated actor Michael Lerner, “Brahmin Bulls” is rated PG and runs for about 96 minutes.

Tickets to the event are $12 for general admission, $10 for students and seniors, and $6 for members. Tickets are available online or at the box office on 175 Wolfs Lane in Pelham.
