Andrianina Rakotoselson lay in the bunk below his brother after returning home from his job at Wendy’s on Bergen Boulevard in Fort Lee just after 3 a.m. yesterday, a law enforcement official with knowledge of the boy’s death told CLIFFVIEW PILOT this morning.

Their window was left partially open, and, as his older brother went to close it, he noticed the teen’s foot hanging off his bed.

As he tried to cover him with a blanket, the brother noticed something was wrong, the source said.

He alerted his father, who dialed 911.

Police and emergency workers attempted CPR and used a defibrillator, to no avail.

The boy, whose family originally is from Madagascar, was pronounced dead at Holy Name Hospital soon after.

Known as “Andri Ra,” the popular youngster played basketball and football.

Officials at Palisades Park High School are bringing in grief counselors tomorrow morning.
