Opera Singer Profiled In NY Times To Perform In New Rochelle

NEW ROCHELLE, N.Y. -- Opera singer Alejandro Olmeda will be one of the performers at the New Rochelle Opera concert on Wednesday, July 20.

The New York Times recently profiled Olmeda, who manages a Chinese restaurant in Manhattan's Koreatown.

The performance is part of the New Rochelle Council on the Arts' Summer Sounds Concert Series, which takes place every Wednesday night at the Hudson Park band shell at 7:30 p.m.

Each concert in the series features a different genre of music.
