NEW ROCHELLE, N.Y. – New Rochelle and Pelham residents will have to wait until after Monday’s Columbus Day holiday to handle matters in municipal offices.
In New Rochelle, school district offices and buildings, City Hall, the public library and Huguenot Children’s Library will be closed Monday.
In Pelham, all municipal buildings, including Village of Pelham, Town of Pelham and Village of Pelham Manor, are closed Monday.
The Pelham Arts Center and Town of Pelham Library are also closed.
The Pelham Picture House will be open from 1:30 to 10 p.m.
